What our planet, and everyone living on it, needs more than anything right now is resourced, heart-centered leaders.
It drives me crazy that so many wise women hold the big picture of what is happening in the world and on this planet, and are stuck in survival, with too little time and power to move the dial in the direction we need.
I believe more wealth in the hands of women will lead to larger investments in regeneration, family, community, the protection of this planet, and the empowerment of women and underserved groups.
We need to link arms, and dive into understanding the current economy and how to win inside it, in order to fund a new one.
So I invite us to learn the skills and put the systems in place to thrive. But to do it our way!
I am Sandra Louise.

I am a founder, leader, coach and a witchy, pleasure-powered mama. I have spent most of my adult life creating and leading projects and businesses aimed at making the world a better place, while also diving deep into yoga, meditation and Tantra.
For 15 years I have worked at the intersection of social change, spiritual wellness, leadership and sex coaching. Here's what I've learned:
True wealth isn't just mindset. And it's not just spreadsheets. It's a blend of inner work, embodied action, magic, and it's best done in supportive sisterhood.
I was really good at getting money into my businesses, just not to myself. I took pride in barely surviving, even while I was working my ass off all the time. Noticing this pattern after a burnout became my motivation for developing this body of work.
I'm living proof that you can start creating the wealth and freedom you crave, without burning out, getting lost in capitalist logic, or losing touch with your magic.
How I work
A tantric, somatic and embodied approach to money and power
Through a deep exploration, I guide you to connect to the unconscious patterns that may be holding you back in your wealth, your leadership and your ability to take up the space you are meant to take. The methods I use are inspired by neo-tantra, daoism, internal family systems and neuroscience.
I use a powerful toolbox of goal and intention setting, parts work, inner child work and internal family systems, as well as traditional talk coaching, combined with breathwork, embodiment and pleasure practices, and the practical money work: budgets, buffers, savings and investing.
The transformative power of my coaching lies in creating a safe haven for you to fully feel what lives in your body around money, power and being seen. We'll explore what is standing in the way of you growing bigger and bolder, into the leader and purpose-driven creatrix you were meant to be.
We will most likely meet your shame, fear, rage, numbness, grief and frustration, and recognize their significance on your path towards profound levels of power, wealth, pleasure and freedom.
Unlike traditional therapy, my approach focuses on unlocking emotions through somatic methods. I guide you to safely reconnect with your body, unraveling the messages and blockages that stand in the way of your liberation. From there, you fill these places up with love, softness, pleasure and power. Then we match it with the actual money moves. It is truly magical to experience this unfolding!
